Delaware is America’s enterprise capital. Sure, you heard this proper: it’s not New York or California. Wilmington, Delaware is the place firms like Ford, Google, or Normal Electrical have their company headquarters. On the first look, you may consider that is all attributable to being a fiscal haven. However, the reality is that company taxation in Delaware, low as it’s, is way greater than in different fiscal havens like Luxembourg or Caiman Islands. So then… Why are so many American firms registered on this state? What does Delaware have that different states or nations don’t? On this video we are going to reply to all of those questions.
